About us

Bavara has been a Massage Therapist for 20 years. She trained in Intuitive Massage in Holland, Swedish Massage in London, and Massage and Meditation in India. She has taught massage in Scotland for the last 16 years. She has also taught on the Osho Holistic Massage Training in Poona, India. She is a Baby Massage Instructor, holds a diploma in Massage and Pregnancy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (level 2) and has studied Counselling to level 2.

 

Lolit has been a Massage Therapist for 18 years. She studied Holistic Massage and Massage and Pregnancy in London. With an ongoing interest in the ‘quality of healing touch’, she studied Craniosacral Therapy in Poona, India and later completed a post graduate course at the Karuna Institute in Devon. She has practised and taught massage for many years in Edinburgh. She works part time as a Learning Support Teacher at a local Primary School.

Bavara and Lolit are ITEC credited Holistic Massage Teachers with a strong interest in meditation and personal development. They have both lived and worked in the spiritual community of the Indian Mystic, Osho. They have enjoyed many years working together, teaching the Holistic Massage Training.
